After a whirlwind 1.5 weeks out-of-office, I have returned to the coop and am pleased as punch at how my employee and dear friend Jen has handled the business. As expected, she dealt with all shipments with grace and professionalism, and was super dextrous at getting over any speed bumps. Also, Henry handled all sales calls remotely from Los Angeles, so this was a wonderful joint effort to ensure that I get my summer vacation. Cheers to all involved!

We have been waiting for this Strong V250 chuck (50” diameter) to arrive. This is truly symbolic as this is the largest chuck we have ever imported. It was supposed to arrive Monday August 29th (my mum’s bday!), but Customs decided to make us wait. Of course, it cleared and arrived today. Tomorrow is Forklift Tuesday Wednesday, when we get this 2,100-pound behemoth on-board a freight truck. Good times!
